Either wash by hand, or on a cool woollens wash. Do not tumble dry

One Size to fit UK10-16

The waist is elasticated and very stretchy (28" unstretched, stretched 36")

I'm 5’6” and a UK10 and found them extremely comfortable, with plenty of stretch left in the waist.
