Jirai kei style high waisted A-line skirt by Dear My Love.
Features two concealed pockets at the hips, an elasticated waistband, heart shaped studded belts and a lace trimmed underskirt which peaks out underneath.
Fully lined on the inside and made of soft, slightly stretchy material. 


Material: 95% polyester, 5% polyurethane. Belt lace: 90% rayon, 10% polyurethane. Hem lace: 90% nylon, 10% polyurethane. Lining: 100% polyester.
